Off-Site Facilities & Real Estate

The Off-Site Facilities & Real Estate Office holds the following responsibilities:

• Management of various University properties & facilities

• Real estate development & leases

• Non-academic use of classrooms on main campus

• Approval of food waivers, temporary signage, outdoor events, and tents

• Short-term facility rentals
