STUDENT ORGANIZATIONS:
All request for rooms, food waivers, or temporary signage must be done through the Dean of Students Office

  • You can download and complete the necessary forms at www.utoledo.edu/studentaffairs/stuorgs under "Commonly Used Forms." 

  • All forms must be turned in to the Office of Dean of Students (2509 Student Union).  

  • If your paperwork is not received within 72 hours, your tentative reservation will be cancelled.  

  • If you have any questions regarding these forms, or need guidance in planning your event, please contact the Office of Dean of Students at 419-530-2256 or studentorganizations@utoledo.edu
